Just a taste of Summer.....

So yesterday after i had a lovely workout, i decided to spend the rest of the day outside with Jackson as much as i could. It was a BEAUTIFUL day! the sun shined the whole day and it got up to 90 degrees. So, i got out the sprinkler for Jackson to play in. I must say that i can tell its gonna be a FABULOUS Summer with him. Every year it just keeps getting better and better! he is soooo much fun to watch and see how he interacts with other kids. Can not wait to take him swimming!!! I'm hoping my little Tadpole will be able to swim like a little frog by the mid summer!!!

He just likes to be pampered....

Ok so I just had got done giving Jackson a bath and finished drying my hair. When i cam out to see where he was I found him VERY quite......laying back on the bed....with his shirt up just POURING baby powder ALL OVER himself.

I just turned and walked away for a second laughing trying to get myself together when I came back to find him trying to hide it like nothing had ever happened!

Nice Jackson, real nice!

Too bad I didn't have my camera though.......

Has Spring Sprung???

YES...for sure!

but too bad Jackson can't even go out and enjoy it yet. At least not until the pollen count goes down.

First ER visit with Jackson...

So yesterday when i got home from a CRAZY day at work..i came home to a very....VERY swollen boy! He had spent the whole day with Chris..most of which was outside. When he woke up from his nap, he couldn't even open his eyes! So we grabed him up..changed him and off we went to the hospital!

Now, after a long night, and some strong steriod medicine...my sweet Jackson is back to normal!

God is Good!

Last Friday, Me, Jackson, Chris, Brittany, Kenny, Peyton, Abby, and Kenny's cousin Chris all took at trip to the NC Zoo. My sister in law took me and Jackson and my Grandma a year ago this month. Jackson didn't really understand much then, but boy did he this time!!! heres a few pics from our trip!

no more diapers?!?!?

*knock on wood*......Jackson has gone two days now without needing a diaper...well except for at night. I'm so proud of him. Hopefully this is a good sign of no more diapers....i'm not holding my breathe though!

Here comes Peter Cotton Tail............

So Easter was a blast this past weekend! I couldn't wait till Jackson got his Basket! We had lots of Family at the house after church to eat dinner, which was fabulous also! I love when my family gets together.....HATE cleaning up all the mess from it, but it was nice!

We spent the whole day just hanging out, hunting eggs and just goofing off outside. It was such a pretty day!

Poor Jackson's eyes started to swell up again and i felt so sorry for him...he just looks sooo bad when it does that. i think i'm probably gonna have to take him to the doctor if it doesn't get better....

Baby Fever

So its been over two years now since Jackson was born. Boy does time fly! It doesn't seem like that long ago when i was holding him for the first couple of time here in the hospital....

I miss this soooooo much! My sister-in-law and Brother are gonna have another baby in October. I'm soo happy for them and I can't wait to meet the little one!

Only problem is.....its gonna make me won't another EVEN MORE!!!!
